BELSAR is the official app of the Belgian Lifeboat Crew & Volunteers. It is aimed at the responsible boat or yacht owner, planning to sail the Belgian Coast, and visit one of its four harbours: Zeebrugge, Blankenberge, Oostende and Nieuwpoort BELSAR provides live nautical weather and sea state data, harbour approach details and up-to-date safety and first aid checklists. You can register yourself and your vessel to help lifeboat crew spot you faster in case of emergency. And one more thing: BELSAR also offers a list of hotspots in and around every harbour. Simply a matter of genuine Belgian hospitality :-) Enjoy!

- If you are not logged-in the iOS appstore app, you'll be prompted for your your Apple ID and/or password.
- After Belsar is downloaded, you'll see an INSTALL button to the right. Tap on it to start the actual installation of the iOS app.
- Once installation is finished you can tap on the OPEN button to start it. Its icon will also be added to your device home screen.
